The hotel was clean. The staff was efficient and well-experienced. The room was modern and huge, with a view of the popular 'food street' of Juffair. The facilities were great. The location was particularly good, at walking distance from a massive mosque. The venue was set in a good area. I greatly enjoyed that the hotel was a 25-minute drive from the airport.

the hotel was nice, as for me everything was great. the room was extremely spacious, had exceptionally comfortable and included a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. location: the property was next to all the food outlets and restaurant and caffeeshops in shabab ave in juffair. i visited rodeo bahrain near the venue for a few drinks.

I liked the location, the room was spacious, the checking out and checking in was easy and smooth, The receptionist was courteous and friendly. I got what I asked for - a room on the highest floor with a view.. ( not much of a view there.. Tho) and a late check out was possible at no extra cost. I was offered WI-fi internet. Room service was helpful. The area around is full of places were you can eat (KFC's, Subways, Chillies, etc).. there is a mega mart right opposite. not a bad area to be in as far as eating and drinking goes.

For a four start hotel - there are a number of things wrong wit the hotel... (This review is based on other 4 star hotels I have stayed in) It has old decor, the hotel needs amenities to be upgraded. Curtains were full of dust. Housekeeping service wasn't done up to the mark - the bed was made up very UN-orderly, the plates were not washed (wen we came back in). The toiletries were old, made my skin dry. The sliding glass door to the standing bath tub was broken ( there wasn't a sliding door at all). There was no slippers offered. The one bedroom doesn't come with a tub bath which should be mentioned, although i was offered a 2- bedroom apartment in exchange if i needed a tub in the bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a problem, esp when the hotel is full of guests. The kitchen sink had a leak.. the 3 pin socket in the kitchen wouldn't work so I couldn't use the water kettle.. the blinders wouldn't pull up or down.. the hotel definitely needs some taking care of .. Over all as by standards its not a 4 star hotel at all.. the rating should be changed to 3 star or less.. and not misguide travelers about their stay .

Excellent location close to food courts, spa areas, supermarket, and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean rooms. - Reasonable price for the accommodations. - Convenient proximity to Navy Base and nightlife. - Nearby Alto is a great place to relax.

Convenient Location: This place is just a stone's throw away from a Mega Mart supermarket and a bunch of restaurants, making it super easy to grab essentials or enjoy a meal out. Plus, it's right in the middle of everything you need for a great time! 🛒

I thought the room smelled a bit when I got in. I had to open the window in 110degree heat. I suggest using lysol. The towels seemed a bit stained but the shower was one of the best I've taken since moving to the Middle East. I wish there was wi-fi in the room. I thought the guy Alex at the front desk was nice. I asked him to mail my post cards. Hopefully he did so since it was too hot to continue looking for a place to mail them. I'd like to see a water machine located inside the hotel. That's one thing I couldn't live without and I didn't want to drink tap water.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. the location was ideal, right in the heart of everything I needed. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a great view of the bustling 'Food Street' of Juffair. The hotel had a classy touch with free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast included.

No significant issues, everything was perfect.

Not cleaned very well. There were lots of hairs on the floor and bathrooms not cleaned well which did spoil our stay
